We generally recommend you order a size down, or even 2 sizes down if you really want extra compression. If you want a standard compression effect and more for all-day comfort then order your regular size.

Tall Girls:
If you are taller, we recommend you order 1 size down for snatched waist, or regular size for more comfort if you're 5'10 (178cm) or taller.

The adjustable straps help alot with sizing, so most taller girls choose their standard size.
